The ore discharge end of the grid type ball mill has a grid plate to force the ore discharge, the ore pulp stored in the mill is small, and the finely ground ore particles can be discharged in time, so the grid type ball mill has high productivity and coarse product size. This kind of ball mill changes the original structure of the mill, integrates the body and the chassis, and can be placed on the basic plane at one time during installation. The materials are spirally and evenly entered into the first chamber of the mill from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped lining plates or corrugated lining plates in the chamber, and steel balls of different specifications are installed inside. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height. Falling, pounding and grinding the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board.
