When we assemble and unassemble the oscillating bearing,we should obey the rule as follow.That is the force when assembling and disassembling can't pass through the spherical sliding surface.On the other hand,we should use auxiliary handling tools,such as sleeve and stripping attachment,distributing the loading force to rings directly or uniform.Or do non-load loading by heating way. When assembling oscillating bearing,it is necessary to notice theposition of spherical parting plane.Once both applied load and speed is small,oil type bearing can operate without oil-free lubrication. Even so,under the general case should add grease.In the installation work for the first time,we suggest the lubrication cycle shorten appropriately.No-oil type joint bearing can work under oil-free lubrication.However,if we add Lithium soap base grease before operating,the working life of bearing will be much longer.If we add grease around the bearing,it can prevent the invasion of dust and foreign matter.
